My brother, who is the lead singer in a band, wanted me to write this Behringer Deepmind 12 review. He is an enthusiastic musician, yet early in his career, and feels very passionately about his musical instruments. He is also a deeply spiritual person and plays for our nearby church with his friends on Sundays. The minister, just last week, asked him to perform for an upcoming ceremony. My brother instantly agreed and started practicing for his performance.
However, he soon realized that his synthesizer broke and he had to get a new one. He was running short on time and was freaking out. I, being the nice person that I am, decided to help out. I am extremely good at seeing through bad marketing tactics, and hence my brother knew that whatever model I recommend is going to be the most reliable one. As it turned out, Behringer Deepmind did prove to be the most amazing synthesizer he could ask for.
My brother gets anxious easily, and hence I knew that I had to do this quickly. I didn’t have any time to waste, but I also didn’t want to rush through the research process. I stumbled upon Behringer, my mistake. I was checking out another unit when I saw the design of this unit and was instantly smitten by it. I opened the link leading up to the features, and all it took was one look at the specs to convince me.
This classic polyphonic synthesizer offered 12 different analog voices that ensured fat and very authentic sound productions. There are also 4 world-class and simultaneous technology pieces that come together in the making of this model. It uses over 30 algorithms for its variety of functions. However, what really fascinated me was the model’s ability to limit distortions. All this was enough to convince me, but I still decided to hold back and ask myself a few questions.
I found a satisfactory answer to the first two questions; however, I was still not sure whether this synthesizer was one of the lightweight ones or not. I knew my brother would prefer a unit that he can carry around easily on his gigs too. However, when I made some comparisons, I realized that Behringer wasn’t as heavy as most other units.
The inclusion of Behringer Deepmind 12 took the internet by storm. It pushed the users to the edge and compelled them to take chances with their music. The acoustics were amazing, and so was the build of the model. There was also a very perfect oscillatory sync mode that made the model compatible with a variety of other devices. There are also at least 2 LFO’s per every voice. This, together with 7 waveform shapes, allows for an auto triggering process. To top all this, Behringer also comes with 3 ADSR generators per voice. This allows the user to exercise better control over the settings.
Good features go a long way. Here is everything that compelled me to invest in this unit.
This polyphonic synthesizer is extremely durable and offers a sleek body that is easier to carry. It features the unique analog signal that helps you in the recreation of all your favorite old and new music. The keyboard also comes with 49 full-sized and very sensitive keys that allow for greater diversity. You will absolutely love how this synthesizer makes you feel. It allows you to combine variations of pitch and sounds and create something truly magical. Moreover, regardless of your playing style, you can rest assured that you will be able to enjoy a good performance.
The purity and accuracy of the path are certainly unmatched by any other synthesizer in the market. This studio-grade FX offers sounds that are purely analog and generates a perfect pulse and square waveform. This, along with user-definable modulations, allows you to adjust the music according to your own preference. Moreover, I was also fascinated by the combination of pulse and square waves that allowed me to be more bold and unique with my choices.
This was probably a feature that not many people care about, but it made all the difference to me. I don’t like instruments that are too complex and require a lot of hard work. With an efficient remote control and many other modern features, I was convinced that Behringer and I would soon become good companions. Moreover, I was also glad to find a built-in Wi-Fi connection that allowed for extended control. To top all this, it also offered app compatibility.
Most other units that I reviewed offered only the simple portamento glides, but I wasn’t ready to compromise on my choice, and I knew I wanted to get a more diverse unit. With its polyphonic portamento, the Behringer synthesizer allowed me to create both mono and polyphonic chord glissandos that will mesmerize the audience. The many options that I got included fixed time, flexible fixed rate, and exponential pitch glide mode of operations, among others.
With the creation of this ultra-powerful unit, Behringer emerged as one of the top brands in the market, and buyers noticed this shift in its rank. I was amazed to see that so many people who considered this to be an average brand actually tried this synthesizer and were thrilled by the performance. They loved the inclusion of 4 engines and different analog channels per voice. This, they felt, allowed them to enhance their music and get better at their technique. Moreover, many users also liked that they could enjoy good compatibility with USB, MIDI, and Wi-Fi with the help of this unit.
and,
Contrary to what everyone expected, this was a part I was actually looking forward to. I was never into music, but I have lived with a brother who likes to talk. This has, over the years, made me learn a lot of things that even proficient players don’t. I understood the specs and knew what I was looking for. I also didn’t form any personal attachment with the product because I knew I wanted to remain as unbiased as I could.
I chose some of the most popular models in the market and then listed everything that I liked about them. To my surprise, I had a hard time jotting the pros. These models were good but weren’t as great as Behringer. I went on, but at the end of my research, I concluded what I knew from the beginning; Behringer Deepmind was the only right product for my brother.
I am sharing my insights here to help you make a good choice too.

What felt like such an annoying task in the beginning turned out to be quite exciting and interesting in the end. I had a fun time looking at the amazing features this model had to offer. I loved the high-end construction that made it resistant against impact, but more than that, I liked the ease of usage that Behringer boasts of.
The whole experience was also rewarding in the sense that my brother absolutely loved this synthesizer. From the first moment he set eyes on it, he knew that this equipment would become part of his permanent collection. He also made all of us sit down as he practiced his final performance for the Church.
He was amazing, to say the least.
